Honkai Star Rail Seele Build [Cones, Relics & Team Comps]

Honkai Star Rail came out with one of the most overpowered Quantum characters since its release. With Seele being on Everyrone’s wishlist now, it becomes obvious that Honkai Star Rail Seele is a must-have 5-star character. Therefore her best Light Cones, relics, traces, playstyle, and stats must be discussed!

Here is an overview listing all the best elements that make the Selee build. 

Seele Stats 

Let’s discuss what exactly Seele is and how she can become a crucial aspect of your team. Honkai Star Rail Seele is a Quantum character in the Hunt Path. 

• As she is part of the Hunt path, it essentially means that she can become insanely good at dealing single-target damage against enemies, especially while taking part in harder battles such as ones against bosses. 
• She is insanely good in nearly every aspect of clearing content in Honkai Star Rail, specifically in the Simulated Universe, where there are six worlds, and she can conquer nearly every domain in each world. 
• She is also pretty good in the Forgotten Hall, specifically on the starting floors, since the floors start with only one enemy. Therefore, she can target them with ease. 

Her stats are listed below, both at level one and when she has been maxed out at level 80. 

Best Selee Light Cones 

Let’s discuss what some of the Best Honkai Star Rail Seele Light Cones might be. Remember that since she is from the Hunt Path, she should be using Light Cones, which are also made specifically for Hunt Path characters. Below listed will be a few of her best light cones. 

In The Night 

Kicking things off with her event Light Cone, the In The Night light cone is the top pick for her option. 

• It can be pulled from her event weapon banner that is currently going on, as it cannot be purchased from the store. 
• While using the Light Cone, Seele will experience her overall crit rate being increased by an overall 18%, alongside also experiencing an increase in her overall basic attack and skill damage by 6%, and this is based on every 10 speeds that she will acquire whenever she is in the middle of a battle and the speed exceeds 10. 
• With that, the overall Crit Damage of her Ultimate ability will also be enhanced by 12%, and the effect can be stacked 6 times. 

Superimpositions 

There is a major change when the In The Night light cone is used at its first superimposition versus its fifth superimposition. Therefore, the changes are listed below. 

Sleep Like The Dead

Next up, another solid Light Cone option is the Sleep Like The Dead, yet another five-star light cone that can work incredibly well for her. 

• With the Light Cone,  her overall crit damage gets increased by 30%, and anytime her basic attack or skill does not crit, her overlap crit rate gets increased by 36% for one turn, which allows her to crit a lot easier. 

Superimpositions 

As for its Superimpositions, Honkai Star Rail Seele can benefit a lot more if the light cones have been superimposed, as they increase the stats even more (though you might have to sell your kidney to afford it)

Cruising In The Stellar Sea 

Next is the Cruising In The Stellar Sea, another five-star Light Cone favourable for Hunt characters, especially Honkai Star Rail Kafka Build. 

• While using the Light Cone, Seele will be able to see her overall crit rate increase by 8%, and if you are in the middle of a battle. If you are fighting enemies with an overall HP lower than 50%, then the crit rate will be increased by an extra 8%, and whenever the opponent gets defeated, the attack increases by 20% for two turns.

As far as its overall superimposition are concerned, they are listed as follows. 

Only Silence Remains 

Lastly, let’s take a look at a four-star option that I’m personally using on my Seele, and it is Only Silence Remains. 

• While using the Light Cone, Seele’s overall attack will be enhanced by 16%, and if there are lesser than two enemies that are present on the battlefield, then the overall crit rate will be enhanced by 12%. 

Superimpositions 

When it comes to its Honkai Star Rail Seele Light Cone Superimpositions, they are listed here. 

Regarding Honkai Star Rail Seele Best Relics, sets like the Genius of Brilliant Stars and the Musketeer of Wild Wheat and ornament sets like the Space Sealing Station or the Celestial Differentiator can work incredibly well. 

Genius Of Brilliant Stars 

The main set that will work insanely well for Seele is the Genius of Brilliant Stars and five-star gold relics can be farmed after the Trailblaze Level 40 is reached. 

• The 2 piece set increases Seele’s overall Qauntum damage by 10%. 
• The 4-piece set focuses on ignoring 10% defense of the enemy if Seele deals damage to them, and if the enemy is weak to Quantum, then 10% more of their Defense is ignored. 

The relic set can be obtained by heading to the Cavern of Corrosion Path of Providence in Everwinter Hill in Jarilo VI. 

Musketeer Of Wild Wheat 

As for the second in-slot for Seele, she can use the Musketeer of Wild Wheat as it is an all-rounder set. 

• The 2 piece set offers an attack increase of 12%. 
• The 4-piece set offers an increase in the overall speed by 6% while the basic attack damage gets boosted by 10%. 

To farm it, you need to head over to the Cavern of Corrosion Path of Drifting, which can either be teleported directly or found in the Corridor of Fading Echoes in Jarilo VI. 

Space Sealing Station 

While using the Space Sealing Station, Seele will be able to see her overall attack be enhanced by 12%, and if her speed increases by 120 or even more, then the overall attack will increase even further by 12%. 

The only way to farm the Space Sealing Station as of currently is to head over to the SImulated Universe and attempt World 3, which is located inside Herta’s Office in the Herta Space Station. 

Celestial Differentiator 

Last but not least, another solid ornament set that can work for Seele is the Celestial Differentiator, through which the crit damage gets increased by 16%. If the crit damage is more than 120%, then after entering combat, the crit rate gets boosted by 60% until the first attack ends. 

To get this ornament set, the Simulated Universe World 5 needs to be attempted, which is hands-down one of the scariest worlds to traverse simply because of how tough Kafka is in this world. 

Traces 

Next up, the next thing to discuss is the traces that help her conquer her enemies and slice through them easily. 

• Phantom Illusion (Technique): After using the technique, Seele enters Stealth mode for a total of 20 seconds, during which she cannot be seen or detected by opponents, and if she enters combat mode using her attack, she will enter the battle while being buffed. 
• Thwack (Basic Attack): She can deal Quantum damage to enemies that are equivalent to 50% of her base attack to one enemy. 
• Sheathed Blade (Skill): Seele’s speed increases by 25% for a total of 2 turns, and it can deal quantum damage equivalent to 110% of her base attack to one opponent. 
• Butterfly Flurry (Ultimate): She goes into her buffed mode and can deal Quantum damage equivalent to 255% of her base attack to one selected opponent. 
• Resurgence (Talent): She can enter her buffed state upon defeating an enemy using her basic attack, skill or even her ultimate, and the damage gets boosted by 40% for one turn. 

A few of her extra minor traces are listed here: 

• Nightshade: If her HP is at 50% or lower than that, the chance of getting hit by opponents is reduced. 
• Lacerate: Whenever Seele is in her buffed state, her overall Quantum RES PEN gets buffed up by 20%. 
• Rippling Waves: After a basic attack is used, her next action gets advanced forward by 20%. 

Best Team Comps For Selee 

Moving on, a few of the Team Comps For Honkai Star Rail Seele will include characters that will buff her overall single-target damage, such as Welt, Asta, and Bronya, and make her shine as a solo DPS. 

• With the first Honkai Star Rail Seele Build team, she can use the buffs provided by her allies to launch out greater damage. Bronya will typically be a buffer, increasing everyone’s attack. She can also allow Seele to get one more turn while Tingyun acts like an Attack buffer again, and Bailu is a healer. 
• Natasha is an excellent free-to-play option as her skill can cleanse debuffs off of her allies, and her ult and skill can also heal perfectly. She can be paired with Honkai Star Rail Seele F2P build. 
• Asta is an insanely good shield shredder, which is important if you want enemies to get weakened.
