Microsoft has released a new build of Windows Server Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) Preview. Today’s build 25335 is now available for download as an ISO. Windows Server Insider website With VHDX. As usual, there’s no full changelog between builds to speak of, no dedicated blog post this time either. As you may have noticed, Windows Server Preview is now aligned with the new Canary channel, which could indicate that we won’t see a new version of Server until next year when Windows 12 is expected to be released. .

Known issues
This build has an issue where archiving event logs with the “wevetutil al” command causes the Windows Event Log service to crash, and the archive operation fails. The service must be restarted by executing “Start-Service EventLog” from an administrative command line prompt.
If you have Secure Launch/DRTM codepath enabled, we do not recommend that you install this build.
