The Elder Scrolls Online was first released in April 2014 and was developed and published by ZeniMax. Since 2017, The Elder Scrolls Online has received a new expansion every year. Starting with Morrow Wind in 2017, Somerset in 2018, Ellswehr in 2019, Grimmore in 2020, Blackwood in 2021, and High Isle in 2022.

The world of The Elder Scrolls Online continues to grow every year. This year we’ll have more conversations with the Daedric Prince of Knowledge, Hermaeus Mora, as well as obtaining Necrum City from the Telvani Peninsula.

Hermaeus Mora is a recurring antagonist in the Elder Scrolls franchise. The Daedric Prince also appeared in the main story of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and played an important role in the Dragonborn DLC.

The Daedric Prince maintains the realm of the Apocrypha within Oblivion, where all forbidden knowledge is stored. He appears in a mass of tentacles inspired by the works of HP Lovecraft.

An official release date for the upcoming expansion has not yet been announced, but it is likely to be announced soon.
