Twitter partners with eToro to allow buying and selling of crypto and more.

Twitter A feature will be added that will be available on Thursday, which will allow the buying and selling of various financial assets such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, courtesy of A partnership With social trading company eToro.

Elon Musk wants to make Twitter a “super app” as part of his plans since taking over the platform, integrating various tools and features into the social network. This will be an extension of Twitter’s existing “Cashtags” feature that displays stock and shares data on the site.

In addition to the above, next to the cash tag will be a button that says ‘View on eToro’ which will take users to eToro’s site and then allow buying and selling of assets on the platform. eToro already uses TradingView as a market data partner.

Yoni Asia, CEO of eToro, had the following to say about the new partnership.

The deal is the first positive news for the company since Musk took the reins, with the company laying off thousands of staff members and losing advertisers over the past few months.
