Guerrilla Games has released a new patch version 1.25 for their title Horizon Forbidden West. The patch fixes many major bugs that occurred during main quests, sub-quests, global activities, machines and weapons. Additionally, the patch also fixes the game’s UI, performance and stability issues. The developers posted the patch notes on their official subreddit. The patch notes are detailed below.
Fixed visibility issues with Defense Drone’s laser VFX that occurred during a critical quest. Furthermore, the Transmitter instability Fixed a bug that caused players to be unable to interact with him during the “Find the Transmitter” objective. An issue that caused Sika to become unusable has been resolved. A defensive drone that could be returned twice due to a bug has now been fixed.
Additionally, several problems with the use of machines and weapons are addressed. A bug caused players to not be able to equip weapons after being attacked by Clamberjaw, which has now been resolved. gave Acid resistance Boost is reduced by 10% to match the resistance of the other elements. A bug that allowed players to use Thunderdive without a cooldown has also been removed.
Horizon Forbidden West was released in 2022 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Recently, the developers released a new DLC titled Burning Shores exclusively for the PlayStation 5 entry. DLC can be accessed after completing the base game.
