Microsoft has released Edge 114 for public testing in the dev channel. Version 114.0.1788.0 Now available on all supported platforms, with minor improvements to the discovery section, bug fixes, and other minor changes. Here’s what’s new.

- Added automatically opened Bing chat conversations in the side pane in the discovery setting.
Enterprise:

- Added policy to disable read aloud feature.
Improvements and bug fixes:
- Fixed browser crash when uninstalling certain extensions.
- Fixed PDF viewer crashing.
- Browser crash when starting PWA.
- Fixed PWA can’t open after updating browser.
macOS:
- Fixed browser crash when clicking send feedback.
Linux:
- Fixed browser crash when clicking send feedback.
Android:
- Fixed browser crash after clearing browser history.
Other changes:
- Fixed Diagnostic Data showing blank dialog when clicking Diagnostic Data link in Send Feedback.
Enterprise:
- Added prompt to download only for .ics and .mobileconfig files on iOS and Android.
- Unable to load pages when using VPN in certain scenarios on iOS and Android.
- Users can now turn off the sidebar from always showing if the sidebar is enabled by policy.
