Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 update brings new game modes and maps

Infinity Ward has released Season 3 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 with a massive patch full of content. This new season introduces new multiplayer maps, new weapons, and new game modes like Gunfight and Cranked. Patch notes Black Cell also revealed an in-depth look at all new content like the Battle Pass bundle and fresh events.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has an automatic spending option in this year’s Battle Pass, along with a manual method. In addition, the Trophy Hunt limited-time event begins where players will drop trophies when they die on April 14. Progression has also been upgraded somewhat and new challenges will be available for battle pass weapons from last season.
Moving on, some New weapons has been added to the game in this Season 3 update. These include the Cronin Squall Battle Rifle and the FJX Imperium Sniper Rifle, as well as a multitude of balance changes to existing rifles. I Common changes, this update has adjusted visual damage feedback to increase visibility. Additionally, death effects will now appear in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 when killing AI.
Thermal vision Night map modes will now have a tactical camera section. Additionally, grenades will no longer detonate enemy explosives and Semtex will kill advancing players. Killstreak changes include reduced screen shakes and reduced armor damage from cluster mines in Warzone 2.0. Dozens of global bug fixes are a part of this Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 patch.
Bugs preventing the use of many blueprints DMZ And allowing players to exit the vehicle and leave the map has been fixed. Additionally, this update fixed a killstreak issue that prevented explosive crossbow bolts from damaging Whelson. Moving on, in Special OperationsAtomgrad Raid Episode 2 has increased the difficulty of the escape sequence.
For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer, this patch adds new modes and introduces many changes. Round-ending kills will now track correctly on the scoreboard and a handful of out-of-bounds issues have been fixed. This update fixed an issue where the game would crash when using a combat knife or melee shield. In addition, Ranked Play is returning to normal and will feature new seasonal rewards for players.
Some upgrades are specific to Warzone 2.0 and affect both DMZ and Battle Royale modes. In gameplay, armor plate carrier has been improved and bomb drone damage has been reduced. Additionally, the position of the Killstreak banner has been moved to prevent collisions with the player’s reticle. Bug fixes are naturally a part of this update which has eliminated many of the issues that plagued Warzone 2.
A few fixes are specific to Battle Royale, such as the restoration of the Play Again button. Last but not least, some bug fixes are specific to DMZ mode. For example, this Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 fixed an issue where using exploding barrels to kill enemies would not advance the mission.
