One Piece Odyssey doesn’t get enough praise as the most recent gaming adaptation of the popular anime One Piece. The game recently had a playable demo for it, and it showed just a hint of the title’s full potential. Truth be told, we like what we’re seeing of the Odyssey so far.

It was previously reported that One Piece Odyssey will feature Grand Logs featuring videos aimed at detailing the anime’s complex and long-running storylines.
This is for newcomers who are just getting started with this massive franchise, so they can catch up on everything recent and experience the game from a well-informed perspective. Of course, One Piece is a series that spans over 1,000 episodes, given its initial broadcast year of 1997.
It has elements that would be too complex for the casual player to understand, so the addition of Grand Logs seems quite thoughtful.
As for the game itself, The Odyssey was officially revealed in March.But the release date for the title came later. It was in September when the developers announced that the game would make landfall on January 13.
Additionally, the collector’s edition of the title was also released in this timeframe, detailing the loads of extra goodies that One Piece fans could potentially get if they purchased the stylized variant of the game.
